I adore 9 Barista and own two for my own use so I can make two pots for myself at once. The valve has burst many times. The first time I ordered replacements, it took over two months When I contacted to say I hadn’t received them yet, they said sometimes mail took a long time. Eventually the parts came. After that I planned for a long delivery time which was usually was under a month. Just recently I ordered 10 more safety valves and got them in a few days. I was thrilled. I think they must have a supplier now in the US Nothing makes better coffeefor me than 9Barista( and I have had MANY stove top coffee makers )n so I have been patient
