My favorite moment of the day is my morning cappuccino and the barista approaches the quality of a commercial Italian espresso machine. The machine is very sensitive to all the steps and does not tolerate temperatures well requiring some investment in trial and error and some focus but all that contribute to elevate your experience as every shot is an active act of care.
