Exactly as advertised. This machine produces espresso shots that are better than many coffee shops. I used Illy classic espresso beans. I also think using a WDT tool helps. You have to use a good grinder that can do fine grind (I bought the OXO grinder). By the 3rd or 4th try I had it dialed in and every shot since has been fantastic. It would be awesome if they developed a larger model that could do 2 servings at once. Love it!
