I have ordered with Achica before and know it takes months to get the stuff but payment is taken immediately. However, I paid for 2 bar stools in October and only 1 was delived in December. No communication so I emailed them (no phone line) and they said they only had one in stock and would refund the other. I pointed out that I needed a pair and they arranged collection. It took about a week for collection and to agree postage refunded but it has so far been 25 days without any refund though I email daily and keep being promised it is 5-7 days and has now been sorted. They relied to a review on another forum saying that I had been refunded, but this is a lie.
