I would warn people to stay away from this company I strongly believe they are accepting orders with no intention of fulfilling them but simply holding onto your money for free credit. I have over the last 6 months waited for various furniture orders totaling over £1k. In each and every case they kept saying delayed , trying to confirm date blah blah blah . But then I'd suddenly get told after 5 months of waiting that the order would not be fulfilled and a refund would be issued. However no explanation and no compensation worth anything. I'm now asking their shareholders Dunelm and Lansdown Partners for an explanation of their trading practices and compensation for providing a credit line to them. Suggest anyone else facing the shoddy treatment by this company do the same. Perhaps if their shareholders are held to account something may change and customers get decent treatment.
