Trying to return a delivered damaged desk and to get a refund, keep arranging for them to collect it, with no courier turning up, This has happened 2 times, with me taking time off work. You cannot contact them by phone, the only means of contact is email, you have to wait days for anyone to respond to your email. Then when they do, and you reply, it takes another few days for the arranged date to be scheduled, but with no courier turning up. A vicious cycle going on, with no resolution and if they do ever come and collect the damaged desk, it might be years for you to get the refund back, in which you have forgotten to chase. AVOID. Will be reporting them to trading standards.
