""Only received part of order, delivered 3 weeks after estimated delivery date. They ignored my emails for days and give no reason for or apology for missing item. today after many emails they inform me they cannot source the missing part. As my order is useless without this part they tell me I can return parts received in sold condition and at my own expense. this i find totall unacceptable as I ordered items offered by them in good faith. My advise to anyone reading this is to read online reviews on Achica, take heed of reviewers and DO NOT ORDER FROM ACHICA.
