I have been a customer of Achica since it started a few years ago and on the whole, found they fulfilled my orders with no problems. There was also a phone number for contact in case of queries. Sadly, this is no longer the case. I ordered a cushion with a delivery date of 24 October. This has now passed with no sign of the item and no response from my emails. They have taken my money and not delivered the goods. I am very disappointed with Achica. How can they be allowed to continue taking your money and not fulfilling the orders? Looking at the amount of 1 star reviews on this site, there must now be a case for Trading Standards to get involved in what is happening with this company.
