I ordered a pair of Salomons (hiking boots) on Thursday 16/5/2019 (with total of 53% discount), they cancelled my order without explanation the next day. After questioning they said no stock yet the same shoe and size and price was still available on Sunday 19/5/2019 so I ordered again, on Monday 20/5/2019 my order again cancelled, after this time they finally put the product OOS on the website. All three of their apologies (this includes one from "actual" person called Jacqueline) felt copy pasted and in the response to my enquiry she also mentioned they update their stock every few minutes...only took them 5 days to update stock on this very well priced product. 21/5/2019 item back on website in stock, same price. ordered again. 22/5/2019 morning order cancelled, product completely off the site. 22/5/2019 lunch, item back on website with same price. Please sort your stock out or honour orders placed. At the moment the item only looks like it's there phishing for new customers and their details.
