Stand clear!!! Do not waste your time or money trying to deal with this company. I ordered & paid for a pair of trainers, received the usual emails regarding order & the goods have been dispatched email. Waited for delivery but nothing arrived. When I queried the delivery I got a spiel that the courier had apparently lost them & I would receive a full refund. Again, I waited & waited on refund & only when I queried it again they said it would be paid within 3-5 days. Received the email informing me that I would receive the refund for £55, the price of the trainers but they have not included the £5.99 I had also paid for delivery......Yes!!, I’m still waiting on their feedback regarding this. Slack, unprofessional company is an understatement!! I only wish I could rate them lower
