After 18 emails and some (other reviewers say premium rate) phone calls, Aircon-Direct did not managed to fulfil my order for an Argo air conditioner. The first delivery was damaged and short of 4 or 5 accessories, including the remote control, although the packaging had no visible damage. After they took the package back, I heard nothing from them about a refund, so I contacted Amazon Pay and got a refund thro' them. They've wasted hours of my time and vastly reduced my confidence in internet buying. Trustpilot wouldn't publish my review of Aircon-Direct. DH 22Oct22
