Absolutely terrible after sales service!! I was emailed due to a recall of the dehumidifier I purchased. I was given 2 options - to have a 'partial' refund (40%) or a replacement (in 2 months time). Neither option seemed fair to me but all my responses were 'which option would you like?'. I think this is totally unfair that I would not get a full refund to purchase another dehumidifier especially when the replacement was going to take 2 months to be sent to me!! All I wanted was a refund in full for a dehumidifier model that has apparently been catching fire. This is not good enough and I will be going to Trading Standards to report this company. I also was not informed I have to package the item accordingly with a label I have to print off and attach to the box. I do not have a box big enough to securely pack it and I do not have a printer. I have been informed the return could be refused. Very disappointed in the inconsiderate after sales care of this company who seem to have such good reviews overall.
