I purchased an Alienware Aurora r8 with the best gaming options available. the computer has not worked correctly since it arrived. They refuse to return it or replace it. They can get away with this since they are out of the United States. I am on the phone with technical support daily and get disconnected daily without getting the problems resolved. This computer is garbage, do not spend your money on Alienware! Alienware cannot even get their applications to work. :(
