Everything wrong with this company. I placed an order late online and them my client wanted to increase the quantity. I send them a message to contact me and make arrangements, but no call after 9:00am. I called them direct, they checked stock and then I was told that they do not take payments over the phone. Seemed a little odd that an electrical retailer that does not have this facility. I had to place the order for the part with additional delivery cost. Finally, I have just received an email to say they do not have the stock now. Unsure how to grade them 1 star.
