All instructions on how to proceed can be found within the attached document, simply send back using the cut-out address label. You will also need to include the completed returns form with your item(s). This will help us to process your return as quickly as possible. Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a service which insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.
