Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a service which insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us. Please retain a copy of your receipt and send to us through your account. Upon this being received by us we will refund your return postage costs, please ensure this cost is kept to a maximum of 15% of the value of your item.
