This is the worst company I have ever used. My holiday was in May, it was cancelled under COVID for obvious reasons. At the time I requested I get a refund and was told that they would not be cancelling my holiday so I wasn’t entitled to a refund. I cancelled my instalments as I was not going to pay for a holiday I wasn’t going on. I emailed numerous customer service agents. Firstly I was told I would not get a refund. Then I was told I would get a refund minus £30 cancellation fee. I was then told I would get a refund minus £30 cancellation fee per person. Then it was risen to £40 per person. I emailed numerous times requesting a manager get in touch. At the time, no customer service phone lines were open. I heard nothing from the company until today 14th December. (My holiday was due to take place exactly 7 months ago.) The agent told me I was entitled to a voucher for alpha rooms. I did not want this as the customer service experience to date has been shocking. I was told firstly I wouldn’t get a refund because the supplier hasn’t given alpha rooms my money back. And then secondly I was told I actually wasn’t getting a refund because I never paid for the holiday in full. So again the story changes as the conversation goes on. Cannot keep up with the lies, misinformation, manipulation and shockingly bad customer service. To date I’ve spoken to maybe 6 “customer service” agents. I will be contacting my bank to request the money be returned as this is against ATOL, ABTA and trade and standards laws. Stay away.
