The attitude and tone of the customer service team is unacceptable to say the least!
Alpharooms had advised me months ago that I would have to wait until date of departure for cash refund after charging cancellation fees even though the hotel where offering free cancellations under current circumstances.
Now Alpharooms are refusing to process my cash refund and stating credit note only.
Such a shame as I have booked multiple trips a year for years with Alpharooms and no, w would never use them again.
