Holiday got cancelled in April due to covid, which I understand. Its now Jan 2021 and I am still chasing a refund for the flight twice every month.
I actually got the flight refunded by the airline to alpharooms August 2020!! and yet they still haven't refunded them !!
Every time I phone they want to check my bank details and each time they are correct yet I am still waiting for my money.
