DONT EXPECT A REFUND! After cancelling my holiday due to COVID and receiving written confirmation from Alpharooms that I'm entitled to a refund they have since confirmed that I must wait 12 months because they paid for the booking with the hotel who will not refund Alpharooms for the same period. I checked with the hotel and it's a total lie! They have not paid for the booking at all, it's just an excuse to hold onto my money. You should also be aware they are not ABTA registered despite the claims made on their website - if you dont believe me check this out https://www.abta.com/abta-member-search
