Very poor and will not book with this company again
Me and a few others friends booked with alpharooms but unfortunately are flight got cancelled and we got are money back for the flight. Alpharoom did not… after filling out the cancellation form twice they still tried to take the outstanding money out and will not give us are money back we have already paid. Impossible to actually speak to anyone.
