Do not book with this company. I book a hotel stay beginning of July 2021 they took the money twice from my account and I am still waiting for a refund. I have had to call them 4 times to try get this sorted, was first told I would take 15 working days for a refund which in its self is shocking. 3 weeks later still no money, I was told they would look into it and call me back within 48 hours, that didn't happen! Just spoken to them today to be told the refund will be processed Monday and will receive the money in 10 day! So 5 weeks to wait for over £1000 which they took in error, disgusting! Every time I call it takes over an hour to give me answers and I don't trust what I'm being told anymore, starting to wonder if I will ever get my refund. I will never book with this company again and am warning others not to either. Look on trust pilot so many people still waiting for their refunds. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
