I think my wife and myself have been lucky.
Booked through Alpharooms last year and managed to get a 4 week holiday for £330. Apartment was very nice and never had any problems.
Booked through Alpharooms again this year and managed to find a 3 week holiday for £505. On the 6th morning we was told the holiday had been cancelled.
Spent all morning on the phone to Alpharooms and was told they will refund our money. The hotel said they will honour the price and we can keep
our room. (It worked out £47 cheaper)
3 days later Alpharooms paid us in full.
