Avoid at all costs as they do not adhere to there own terms and conditions
I had to cancel a booking due to the pandemic and I agreed to pay the cancellation costs as per their terms and conditions
3 months later and 5 different promises and still no refund.
Customer relations are a joke and the company directors don’t even respond or try to resolve complaints as once they have your money they do not care, I will never ever use this company again
