We pre-ordered merch for a concert tomorrow (miku expo), they said ther were going to ship 4 weeks before the show. Risky, but they have one-and-a-half months to prepare, what could go wrong. Well, the shipping date came and went. We got a nothing saying social media message saying something among the lines of "We can't ship, we can't tell you when we will ship" It then took about 2 more weeks before parts of the merch were shipping out. We paid extra for customs, their website specifically said: "Total includes duties and taxes. No extra charges on delivery." However once it arrived in my country I got a message telling me to pay duties. So they not only don't deliver, they also scam you. Thanks to the duties paying delay (which I paid on the same day it arrived) it will not arrive on time. And I'm not alone, it seem the majority of people who pre-ordered both had to pay extra in duties and did not receive their merch on time. Never work with this company, never buy from this company. You have a better shot at getting your merch if you stand in line at the concert. It will be less annoying too, even if you have to spend 3 hours in line.
