I waited more than 45 days for my order to be confirmed and dispatched. I was told a few times it will be dispatched soon as they were missing the products i ordered. I requested a refund since it has been almost 2 months by then. They refunded me only the 2 missing products, even though i requested a full refund. Furthermore, for each product you purchase your shipping cost increases too. They didn't refund any of that. At the end i was told i can refund the products but not the shipping cost. Really disappointed in this company, never ever use them unless you want to risk being in my position.
