What a disgusting company! My pond “plants” arrived upside down in a box without any indication of which way up it should be. Soil, plants all out of the pots. 3 were completely dead 2 were nearly dead and very poor quality. I have contacted the company 3 times over the past 2 weeks without a reply - customer service is non existent. £46.34 completely wasted. I advise everybody to avoid this company like the plague. I only wish I had read all the reviews first. If I could give no stars I certainly would.
