This Card is the worst card for disputes. Terrible customer support team. Had purchased airline tickets with Kiwi.com and everything was canceled because of Covid 19. I could not get ahold of the company for a refund so I disputed the charge. Barclays took 6 weeks then refused to give it back to me. Told me to contact the company myself. After 2 months of trying to talk to Kiwi they promised I would get a full refund. When I didn't recieve the full refund for my tickets I called Barclays again and they said I had to file for a dispute again and send all the copies of my flight details to them Six weeks later they sent me a letter and told me I was out of my time frame to file. This was after I talked to them in the beginning and they told me I could refile for a dispute. I am going to the Better Business bureau and the Attorney General to file a complaint with Barclays.
