In February of 2020 I closed my Barclays card account. Three months later I received a letter that I owe Barclays $41.50 because there was $10 charge, after I closed my account in February and the rest of it are late fees and charges. Surprised I called Barclays customer service to settle the case, but the representative and the manager told me that I must pay this amount, or there will be consequences, this will be reported to my credit history, which it was The whole conversation was extremely unpleasant. While was sending letters and continue to call Barclays and had phone talks in attempt to settle the case they were adding more and more charges. Now they are charging me over $200 in fees. This is how this predatory company works. Avoid this card by any means! Run from them.
