Absolutely awful. Always a problem, always has been, Customer service is a nightmare to get hold of. Always some automated rubbish that you have to listen to for ages before you even remotely begin to get somewhere. Its infuriating, especially when life is already stressful. No more speaking to actual living people anywhere anymore, it's making life a NIGHTMARE. Can't even go into a bank properly anymore. Will be closing this crappy account.
