Just found out today I was charged over $100 in interest, even though I had paid off the prior statement balance before the due date. I spent over an hour and a half last month on the phone disputing a late charge because Barclay's didn't process my payment before the statement due date, even though I had paid the balance before the payment was due. That should have been a Red Flag warning to me. The customer rep could not even honestly address my inquiry today and beat around the bush for 15 minutes before I could get an admission from her re: this $100+ interest charge. Do NOT do business with this new Barclay Old Navy Card!! Good Riddance Barclay. Please do not make the mistake I did, I am out over $100. Wish I could not even give them 1 star !!!
