Exceptional customer service.
For a few months I had not been receiving my statements and inadvertently I had being paying interet which I was unaware of, I called customer services and explained I always pay in full and they could check the record to which they agreed and without any hassle immediately refunded 4 months interest I was very happy that they understood my record and without a fuss gave back the interest.
Exceptional customer service especially Sally she was so polite and courteous perfect person for the job.
