I have requested copies of old statements (they only provide online access to 2 years back). Have made the same request four times with four different agents, including two managers. The ONLY way to access them is to request, then wait 7-10 for mail to arrive. No email/pdf option. It has now been a month and no sign. Each time I call, the agent says the request was made and they were mailed. So where are they? Somehow all my other mail, including my current Barclays bill, gets to me. This is 2023 - completely ridiculous.
