I got this card back in March 2020 when I needed to update my apple laptop and it was the financial offer that the Apple Store had at that time. A big mistake! Their customer service is none existent. If you call the number in back of their card, it has to be only M-F 9-5? So banking hours for a credit card? Once you call they are complete incompetent. So I have been trying to call them, but very card to do with long wait time and limited hours. MY BIGGEST ISSUE..ON EVERY BILL STATEMENT , IT SAYS EARN X 3 POINTS AT RESTAURANTS, x2 POINTS GROCERY AND SO ON. I have not received any updates on my points. I finally on the phone with them and they me oh YOUR CARD DOES NOT OFFER ANY POINTS OR ANYTHING? What???? I have used this CC for big purchases. On my statement every month it tells me to use my card to get all these so call points. Yet I’m not accruing and their statement on my bill is not true. According, to rep this card does not accrue any type of points, reward or perks… even though that is not what they state on my bill. I have a credit score greater than 800, I don’t need this and nor does any one. It’s the worst card ever. Stay away! There are so many options even for people that don’t have Greta credit and you do have great credit like I do, there are so many better options.
