Have been happy with Card until I was double charged for a hotel stay that I had infact Cancelled within the valid cancellation period. The customer service people in the Resolution Disputes Dept were clueless. I explained the situation numerous times but they kept closing the case after ONE charge was refunded when I needed BOTH charges refunded.
