I have tried all morning to log into my account. My login was rejected (my saved password on my computer was not valid). I tried to change my password but each time I requested the one time security code it wasn't sent. I tried two different phone numbers for a text message and my email address for reception of the code. Nothing happened before the time expired. When I called customer service I was told my issue would be referred to the IT department. However there will be no reply to me, I just have to hope the IT dept gets around to fixing it. For such a large company, this is the worst website and customer service department I have ever experienced. I plan to close the account and shred the card.
