If I could give a zero I would! This has to be the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with ever I received my card less than three months ago they gave me a $2000 balance ….I used some of on my card I paid that balance completely in full, I used my fun points for portion of a cruise. They took all of my $2000 and now say I have only $302 in credit. No one contacted me !!!!! This happened the day I used my carnival cruise credits……. If this is how you treat your customers no one‘s gonna wanna deal with you. This is not OK. I was supposed to leave on vacation in two days and you guys took away all of my Carnival stuff I’m gonna be on a carnival ship. You took away my carnival points all of my credit. You basically are trying to ruin my vacation, that’s OK we will not be dealing with you any longer will go to much mature and better company like capital one . ALSO WE ARE FILING A LAWSUIT !!!
