Barclaycard sent me a sms message today referring to changes to my Terms and Conditions, saying they had sent me an email, but they had NOT! So I tried to contact them via their 'preferred option' - Chat from the App -- but although their BOT said Hi, the service was not connecting. So I tried to ring on the main number and went ROUND and ROUND message after message and back to the start.
1) THEY had no business using SMS. 2) Every aspect of this was a CAR CRASH! How can they be trusted with my money if this is how they behave?
