I a new customer to Barclay Card credit card and think they are absolutely wonderful! I am 78 years old and not very tech savvy so struggled setting up my online banking, I rang Barclaycard help line and they couldn’t have been more patient and helpful. They were in a British call centre and I could understand every word. I am definitely not been racist when I say I struggle to understand staff in places like Mumbai where some companies have their call centres, my bank HSBC have done so and I dread ringing the helpline. Barclays . So Barclaycard people you are just brilliant and I thank you. Here’s to a long and happy relationship
