They feel free to charge you purchase interest up front! I'm pretty sure if you pay half of your new balance with the interest already charged for the full amount, they will charge you on the remainder as well! Both customer service reps were rude a******s to say the least. After 8 years of being a great customer, I am done. On a scale of 1 to 5 for business and customer service - you, Barclay, are a -10!
