consistently terrible!
downloaded the commercial card app having totally given up trying to speak to anyone on the phone, hours wasted every month.the app shows totally incorrect information and will not allow me to make payments and so directs me to call! so many complaints i have lost count. a £75 payment offered by barclays last month as an apology was never paid but card limit was reduced by £600 instead!!! its that time of the month again so will set aside 2 or 3 hours to attempt to make payment, truly shocking service
