Barclay card does not have ANY customer service. It is impossible to resolve any issues you might get being their customer. When you contact them online- they reply to you right away that you need to call them. You call them, you are on hold for 1 hour or you go through 15 automatic options to get to a voice message that they can not take your call and you need to contact them online or MAIL a letter to them. If you are lucky to get to somebody over the phone, they would tell you that they never got a letter you mailed them and you need to mail another letter. I filed a merchant dispute with them in February, 2020. I called them, I emailed them, I wrote letters to them. In July, 2020 they sent me a letter that they can not take any action on my dispute because too much time has passed since February. They had all information related to that dispute, I faxed them all support that the merchant issued the credit but that credit never hit my credit card account- what was preventing them from taking an action? Absolutely, useless card with no customer support.
