Its pathetic. The quantity of the product is so less. And the packaging was too bad. That more than half of the lotion that i ordered was not there in the box. And their customer service is very poor. I messaged them on instagram 3 days back. And no one has reverted. They are busy putting stories on the insta page but no time to reply to a customer. Poor quantity plus poor service. Havent even used the product. Makes me feel angry seeing their product in such a poor condition. Would never shop from new brands like this.. regretting.. bath and body works would have been so much better.
