Quit Simply, the WORST company we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Delivery has taken over a month and still not arrived via DHL. Due to the delivery taking so long we have had to cancel the plumber and the other trades causing us to not be able to rebook until the items do arrive, so who knows when we’ll have a finished bathroom. Customer Services are totally useless and really do not give a ————- about their clients. All the other items ordered from various companies all arrived within 3 days, why can the bath store not be able to do the same? Please do not use and put yourself in the same position as us!!!
