Two Orders since October not delivered!!
I have been told today (1st Dec) that Blacks will be unable to fulfil my order placed on 3rd November. My first order on 24th Oct was lost by the courier and I was persueded to re-order (as they can't resend). My second order on 3rd November has been damaged and is on it's way back to the Warehouse as on 1st Dec. They are unable to resend so this is my second order since October that has not been delivered. Apparantly there was an issue with the delivery company Hermes and the Parcel was damaged. They are unable to resend my order even if they have the stock (why?) and will refund so I will never get the goods I ordered. I feel sorry for the customer service staff, they have no capability to help out, it's a shambles. I CAN ONLY STRESS - DO NOT USE BLACKS and would suggest you avoid any other of the group of companies. Save yourself the pain.
