I made a couple of purchases from Blacks and subsequently a couple of returns.....that's when the problems started.
I'm not sure how they manage the refund process but at one point I got three emails from three different people asking for information which in some cases I had already provided.
To cut a long story short I've given up trying to get a refund on a product I returned as I can't provide the information that they need - I know that they received it as I've had a credit for another item that was in the same package.
Use them at your peril.....
