Bought a Berghaus fleece top. delivered on time. The sewing on the seam had a 2 inch gap where the the pieces weren't sewed together. Blacks want me to either arrange a courier during lockdown or carry out a 2 hr round trip to nearest store so they can inspect it after lockdown - the clear photograph isn't enough - there's no doubt this should have been spotted under their quality inspections.
Never had issues before but not had to return anything previously that was purchased online.
