dreadful after sale process and service - paid £34 for two self inflating loungers neither of which would inflate because they had a hole in. Told to take them to a local store or send them back at my own expense and someone would consider whether or not they were damaged - just a joke
AVOID - even if the goods cost you a few £ more elsewhere do it as the agro just not worth it
