I ordered a pair of boots for £160 from Blacks online and the order was processed and my account debited immediately.I received no indication of delivery time so after 5 days of hearing nothing I emailed to ask when I would receive them.Iwas told that the boots were being picked from the warehouse so I asked to cancel the order but was told that this would not be possible despite several emails to Blacks cancelling the order. Received the boots finally after 7 days but had already purchased another pair and so I now have to return them apparently at my own expense and according to the many reviews here am going to have to wait for my refund if am lucky.I have been in contact with their "customer care" team and have so far spoken to 12 different members of staff so there is clearly no coordinated approach to dealing with complaints.I really want to take this further and noticed an article in the Times and Which highlighting poor service during the pandemic this morning naming and shamingJD Sports who are Blacks umbrella company.ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY!
