I have to say the customer service is atrocious. I have ordered 4 separate occasions. 3 times they have taken my money but didn’t send as no stock. On each occasion i was told it was being sent out- and I only found out it wasn’t when i asked each time I hadn’t revived. Each time I was told - even thigh still in the website, Boone know what is available and it is hit and miss if the stock room has the item!
My last order they did have- but I was only sent half the order. I waited and waited and after numerous conversations with customer services I was again apologies to. As no one could give me an answer and I got a different answer and no refund, I sent a voucher. I have found I cannot use this not valid at blacks and has not been validated by the company anyway. I have spoken to 12+
Customer service reps all with a different answer and no joining up! Still not able to use but told to travel to a physical shop 2 hours away to see if it works there!!! This during covid. There is No help at all and how not to run a business! So now out of pocket!
At the start the regional director phoned to apologies but still not been rectified. I have asked again for this to be escalated but I have been ignored.
