I went to the store and decided to buy a hiking boot. I was advised to buy a size which was not available at the store and was asked to buy it from a kiosk and was assured that it will be delivered in two days ( it was a next day delivery). I went home thinking that it will arrive on time but it never did. I called blacks to find out what was happening and was told that my payment was going through security check. After that I checked my bank statement and it shows the payment has gone through. Since I am off to my trekking trip, I had to cancel my order as I don’t have time for the issue to be resolved .
